General
How much experience does Aashnaah Industries have?
15+ years, 250+ delivered projects and 150+ repeat and referral clients across commercial, residential, industrial and institutional work.]
Which cities do you operate in?
Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Bangalore, Pune and Hyderabad, with project teams mobilised from the nearest regional office.
Do you handle both commercial and residential work?
Yes, plus industrial and institutional projects. Roughly 60% of our volume is commercial and turnkey work.
Can I speak to past clients?
Yes. Once the scope is defined we share references from two or three comparable projects so you can ask questions we cannot answer about ourselves.
What makes you different from other contractors?
A signed itemised BOQ before work starts, one accountable project manager, weekly written reporting, and stage-wise quality sign-offs that are recorded rather than assumed.
Interior design
What does interior design cost per sq ft?
₹800–₹7,500+ per sq ft of carpet area depending on tier. The rate card and what each tier includes is published on the interior design page.
How long does a full-home interior take?
45–90 working days for most apartments, measured from BOQ freeze rather than from the first conversation.
Do I get 3D renders before execution?
Yes, and execution does not begin until you sign them off.
Do you take up single-room projects?
Yes kitchens, wardrobes and single rooms are quoted as standalone packages.
Who supervises the site day to day?
A dedicated site supervisor reporting to your named project manager, with photographic updates shared weekly.
Construction
What is the construction cost per sq ft?
₹1,650–₹5,500+ per sq ft depending on specification tier, excluding land, approval fees and external development charges.
How long does construction take?
8–12 months for a 1,000 sq ft home, 12–18 months for commercial buildings, 6–12 months for industrial sheds.
Do you handle approvals and permits?
Yes sanction drawings, municipal approvals, structural clearance and completion documentation are within scope.
What materials do you use?
ISI/BIS-certified cement, TMT steel from primary producers, and branded fittings with exact brands locked in the BOQ before work starts.
Is there a warranty?
Workmanship warranty on execution, manufacturer warranties on products, and structural defect liability as defined in the contract.
Turnkey
What is included in a turnkey project?
Design, approvals where applicable, civil works, MEP, interiors, finishing and handover under one contract and one price.
Is turnkey more expensive?
Generally not on a like-for-like BOQ. It removes duplicated margins and reduces rework caused by coordination gaps between separate vendors.
How long do turnkey projects take?
Usually shorter than the multi-vendor route because design, procurement and construction phases overlap under one schedule.
What if I need changes mid-project?
We issue a written variation with cost and schedule impact before executing it. Unaffected work continues in parallel.
Is the turnkey price fixed?
Yes, against the signed scope and BOQ. Changes to that scope are the only things that move the number.
Process
How do I get started?
Send your requirement and drawings or address. We do a site visit, then issue a scope note and indicative budget, usually within 5–7 working days.
What happens in the first consultation?
We record your requirement, constraints, budget bracket and timeline, then tell you honestly what is achievable inside that bracket.
How is communication handled during the project?
One project manager as the single point of contact, a weekly written report with photographs, and a shared issue log with owners and due dates.
What if I am not satisfied with the work?
Quality is signed off in stages, so problems surface early. Anything found at snagging is closed before handover and recorded in the defect register.
Do you offer online consultations?
Yes video consultations for design review and drawing walkthroughs, with a physical site visit before any quotation is issued.
Payment
What is the typical payment structure?
Approximately 30% mobilisation, 40% linked to stage completion and 30% at handover. It is written into the agreement.
Do you provide a written contract?
Always. Scope, BOQ, rates, schedule, payment terms, variation process and warranty are all in one signed document.
What happens if the project is delayed?
Delay causes are recorded weekly. Contractor-side delays are covered by the contract's liquidated damages clause; owner-side and statutory delays are documented as they occur.
Are there financing options?
We work with lender-approved documentation formats for home construction loans.
What support is provided after handover?
A defect-liability period with a named support contact, plus the full document set: as-built drawings, warranty cards, test certificates and O&M manuals.
