Commercial Construction by Aashnaa Industries

Commercial construction is judged on three things: whether the structure is engineered correctly, whether the services are coordinated before concrete is poured, and whether the building is handed over on the date in the contract. We plan for all three at the drawing stage.

Our scope covers soil investigation, structural design, RCC works, envelope, MEP coordination, finishing and statutory documentation with a single project manager accountable across all of it.

What we cover

  • Office & Corporate Buildings - Ground-plus structures, core-and-shell or full fit-out.
  • Retail & Commercial Complexes - High-footfall structures with services planned for tenant churn.
  • Industrial & Warehousing - PEB sheds, manufacturing units, cold-chain and logistics facilities.
  • Institutional Buildings - Schools, training centres, hospitals and government projects.
  • High-Rise Structures - Multi-storey residential and commercial towers.
  • Renovation & Retrofit - Structural strengthening, façade replacement and re-fit-out.

FAQ

Commercial Construction - questions we get

These answers are marked up as FAQ schema so they can be surfaced directly in search and AI answers.

How long does a commercial project take?
A ground-plus-three commercial building typically runs 12–18 months from approval; industrial sheds are faster at 6–12 months depending on span and services.
Do you handle approvals and NOCs?
Yes - municipal sanction, structural approval, fire NOC and completion documentation are handled as part of the scope.
What quality checks are run on site?
Cube tests on every pour, steel test certificates, level and plumb checks per floor, and a documented stage-wise QC sign-off before the next activity starts.
Which materials do you specify?
Only ISI/BIS-certified cement, TMT steel from primary producers, and branded fittings. The exact brands are locked in the BOQ before work begins.
Can you work on an occupied site?
Yes. Phased execution with dust barriers, off-hours noisy work and separate access routes is standard for renovation of running facilities.
