Construction Project Management & Site Supervision
Site supervision, schedule control and quality assurance for your own project.
Some clients already have a contractor and only need the discipline: a schedule that is tracked, bills that are verified, and someone technically qualified checking work before it gets covered up.
That is what our PMC service does. We represent your interest on site, not the contractor's.
What we cover
- Schedule Management - Baseline programme, milestone tracking, recovery plans.
- Site Supervision - Daily inspection, photographic records, non-conformance reports.
- Vendor & Labour Coordination - Sequencing trades so they don't block each other.
- Material Procurement - Vendor comparison, rate negotiation, gate-entry verification.
- Budget & Bill Verification - Measurement checks, running-bill certification, variation control.
- Compliance & Safety - Statutory documentation, safety audits, incident reporting.
