The challenge
Clinical adjacency rules, medical gas routing, radiation shielding for imaging and a hygiene-driven material list all inside a shell designed as commercial office space.
Our solution
Zoning was rebuilt around clean and soiled circulation paths. We used seamless flooring with coved skirting, antibacterial laminate, lead-lined partitions in the imaging room, and a medical gas manifold with alarm panels at each nurse station.
Execution sequence
Services-first sequencing: gas, HVAC and electrical rough-in, then shielding and partitions, then seamless flooring, then equipment installation with vendor coordination.
Result
Passed pre-commissioning checks including gas pressure testing and shielding verification with no re-work, and opened OPD on schedule.
