The challenge
Brand guidelines specified exact display lighting levels and material finishes, while the landlord's structure limited floor loading near the display window where vehicles had to be parked.
Our solution
We ran a structural check and added a localised slab strengthening detail for the vehicle display zone, then built the interior to brand spec with track lighting calibrated on site to the required lux levels.
Execution sequence
Structural strengthening and façade glazing first, then flooring and lighting, then brand fixtures and signage under the brand auditor's supervision.
Result
Cleared the brand audit on the first inspection, which is uncommon, and opened on the planned launch date.
