The challenge

A dated 3BHK with a closed kitchen, poor natural light in the living room and almost no storage. The family wanted a warmer, lighter home without touching structural walls or moving out for more than three months.

Our solution

We opened the kitchen with a breakfast counter, mirrored the corridor wall to bounce light, and specified a warm oak-and-off-white palette. Storage was recovered from wasted corners a full-height utility wall, under-bed drawers and a loft over the passage.

Civil and plumbing modifications first, then electrical and ceiling, then flooring, then factory-made joinery installed in a single week to reduce on-site dust and noise.
