The challenge
Automation was decided after the electrical layout was already drawn, and the client did not want visible sensors or a wall covered in keypads.
Our solution
The electrical design was rebuilt around a central automation panel with scene-based control, sensors recessed into the ceiling coves, and a single keypad per room supported by voice and app control.
Execution sequence
Electrical re-first-fix, then ceiling and coves with sensor positions set from the lighting plan, then joinery, then automation commissioning and scene programming with the family.
Result
Delivered in 90 days with four lighting scenes per room configured to the family's routine, and no visible surface-mounted sensors anywhere in the house.
